Operations Update: May 6, 2008

Sefton Resources Inc., the AIM listed oil and gas production company with assets in California and Kansas, announces that the electrical hook-up at its three Snow wells has now been completed and the wells are now on production.

All the wells on the Tapia leases that are capable of production are now running, including the four new wells drilled earlier this year. Each of the four new wells is already producing oil and in the process of cleaning up. The Yule #7 well that was recently steamed is also producing oil and much sooner than expected. Production rates for the new wells and the Yule #7 well will be reported once these rates stabilize.
